Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administrative Clinical Support Officer Level 3 to provide administrative support on designated ward(s)/unit(s) at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, NSW. Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with accuracy and courtesy.
• Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets and databases such as Excel.
• Ability to work under broad supervision in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely administrative/transactional services to the health care team on designated ward(s)/unit(s).
• Support nurses, midwives, medical staff and allied health staff as required.
• Work under supervision with initiative in applying established work practices and procedures.
