TRP Recruitment is seeking an experienced forklift operator for our Virginia site. The role requires operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse, with a focus on replenishments, putaways, and loading/unloading trucks.

AM and PM shifts are available Monday to Friday, with full-time hours and overtime/penalty rates. The successful candidate will have a valid LF license, at least 12 months on high reach forklifts, and must pass drug, alcohol and police checks.

Qualifications

• Must have LF license.
• Minimum 12 months' experience on the high reach forklift.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Own car and license.
• Pass drug & alcohol screening.
• Pass police check with no DCOs.

Responsabilités

• Operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Completing replenishments and putaways (6-bays high).
• Operating counterbalance forklift to unload/load trucks.
• Completing adhoc duties in warehousing.
• General warehousing and housekeeping duties.

The Shifts

AM Shift: Mon - Fri | 6:00am - 2:00pm | $41.21/hour + penalty rates

PM Shift: Mon - Fri | 2:00pm - 10:00pm | $45.96/hr + penalty rates

The Role

Operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced environment

Completing replenishments and putaways (6-bays high)

Operating counterbalance forklift to un/load trucks

Completing ADHOC work (this is not a forklift only role)

General warehousing and housekeeping duties

The Requirements

Must have a valid LF license

Minimum 12 months' experience on the high reach forklift

Must be reliable with a good work ethic

Must be available for fulltime hours, Monday - Friday

Full Australian work rights

Own car and license

Pass drug & alcohol screening

Pass police check with no DCOs
