Agincare is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker for our new Children’s Residential Home near Wimborne. You will provide compassionate, consistent support to children with complex needs, helping them feel safe, valued and empowered.
You will work nights 10:00pm–8:00am, building trusting relationships, supporting routines, promoting independence, and contributing to care plans and welfare checks. Full training provided; NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to pursue it is
