seek.com.au seeks a VR GP who can work independently in a MMM2 area. We are looking for a motivated General Practitioner to join our growing practice, covering all aspects of general practice in a 100% bulk-billing surgery dedicated to looking after the future health of all Australians.

You will be hired as an independent contractor with weekly invoicing and a 75% share of billings. Programs used: Medical Director and Pracsoft, with full clinical autonomy and support from a team of allied health

Qualifications

• VR GP license and independent practice in MMM2 area.
• Experience in general practice.
• Willingness to work in a 100% bulk-billing setting.
• CPR training and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality, primary health care services to the community, in keeping with best practice standards.
• Provide appropriate care and services to patients of all age ranges.
• Respond to medical and health problems, including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.
• Provide management of long-term conditions in line with national guidelines and pathways.
• Prescribe for patients as appropriate.
• Provide appropriate health promotion and preventative health care advice to all patients attending the practice.
• Record and maintain accurate, adequate and relevant patient records using established protocols and computerised medical records system.
• Actively communicate and coordinate with colleagues, specialist services and allied health professionals when sharing the care of a patient.
