Roxburgh Park Doctors in Melbourne is seeking a VR GP to join our busy practice in one of the fastest-growing catchments in Victoria. You will work with full book?

from day one, delivering care to families and individuals who need you, in a model focused on practical, efficient patient care. We offer a 75% of billings scheme, with no sliding scale, plus a guaranteed AU$180 per hour for the first three months and a AU$15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• FRACGP or FACRRM with current AHPRA registration.
• Medicare provider number eligibility.
• Ability to practice in Victoria, Australia.

Responsibilities

• See patients with 10- or 15-minute appointments.
• Two full-time nurses support procedures and chronic disease work.
• On-site referrals to chiropractic, podiatry and dietetics.
• Admin handles recalls and correspondence so you can focus on consulting.
• Bulk billing with current incentive arrangements; minimize fee conversations.

Roxburgh Park Doctors is in one of the fastest-growing catchments in Victoria. Our GPs bill $2,000 to $3,000 a day because the demand is relentless, not because anyone is pushed. At 75%, work out what that means over a year.

The offer

• 75% of billings — no sliding scale, no “up to”
• $180 per hour guaranteed for your first three months, so you’re never exposed while the book fills
