Job summary

Susan Hill GP Jobs is assisting a modern, busy mixed-billing group practice in Melbourne with staffing a VR General Practitioner. The role offers either full-time or part-time hours, with a guaranteed base rate or 65–70% share and 20–30% profit sharing. Onsite RN, CDM Nurse and Allied Health support are available, with AGPAL accreditation.

There is an existing patient base and 8 consulting rooms, plus dedicated treatment and procedure spaces. AGPAL accreditation is held by the practice.

Qualifications

• VR GP with AHPRA registration or eligible to practice in Australia.
• Experience in a busy mixed-billing group practice preferred.
• Ability to work in a team with nursing and Allied Health onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP services in a modern mixed-billing practice.
• Manage patient load efficiently, aiming for 4–6 patients per hour.
• Collaborate with RN, CDM Nurse and Allied Health onsite.
