Job summary

Maroubra Family Doctors is seeking a VR GP to join our established practice in Maroubra, NSW. The role offers part-time or full-time arrangements with no lock-in contracts and a strong patient base in a busy Sydney coastal suburb.

You will provide high-quality consults, manage acute and chronic conditions, and work with a supportive nursing/admin team. Telehealth is available, and there is flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• VR GP with current AHPRA Specialist Registration.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner.
• Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to patient-centred, high-quality care.
• Available for PT or FT sessions (flexible hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality consultations and patient care.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret investigations; prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and preventive health advice.
• Collaborate with nursing, admin, and allied health teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical quality and best-practice care.
