Job summary

Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established medical group on the Limestone Coast, Mount Gambier, seeking a VR GP. You will lead, mentor, and supervise GP Registrars while growing your own clinical practice in a supportive team environment.

The role features no after-hours and no weekend work, with relocation assistance considered and a flexible roster to suit your life and patient needs in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• FRACGP or FACRRM with Vocational Registration.
• At least 4 years post-fellowship.
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration with no conditions, undertakings or restrictions.
• Genuine interest in supervision, mentoring and supporting doctors through their GP journey.
• VR GPs only; not suitable for GP Registrars, non-VR GPs, or IMG needing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep building your own clinical practice while supervising and mentoring GP Registrars and doctors in training.
• Be part of an experienced, supportive multidisciplinary team.
