Job description

+ Bulk billing model in a DPA-approved coastal location, positioned between northern NSW and the Gold Coast. Known for its beaches and natural scenery, with a lifestyle rich environment and excellent long-term career stability for GPs.
+ Our experienced Tweed Heads nursing and administration team, led by a fantastic Practice Manager, provide strong day-to-day clinical and operational support. Together, they ensure smooth patient flow and a well-organised practice environment, allowing GPs to focus on delivering high-quality care from day one.
+ A strong and flexible commercial package is available, including a sign-on incentive, income guarantee, and negotiable percentage terms for the right GP. The arrangement is designed to support both immediate stability and long-term earning potential.
