Comprehensive support is provided through a dedicated nursing and administrative team, alongside specialized assistance for Chronic Disease Management. Practitioners are offered a competitive financial package, including 70% of billings and a minimum income guarantee of $200 per hour for the initial three months to ensure a smooth transition, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
