• 10+ years in building services design, delivery, or project management within major commercial, sports, or entertainment venue projects.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams across complex environments.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement building services strategies for venue development goals.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor performance for projects.
• Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners.
