Zusammenfassung

PolyNovo Limited is seeking a VP, Business Development to shape and lead its external innovation and partnerships strategy. You will build a high‑performing BD capability, drive licensing and co‑development, and translate strategic opportunities into long‑term value.

With senior-level experience in medical devices or life sciences, you will influence the Executive Leadership Team and Board while expanding an innovative NovoSorb® portfolio globally. Melbourne, Dallas or Carlsbad options available.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, biomedical science, biotechnology, medicine or another relevant discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification such as a PhD, MBA or equivalent commercial qualification.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant industry experience in business development, partnerships, licensing or corporate development within life sciences.
• Proven track record building external innovation pipelines and converting opportunities into transactions.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and leading transactions end-to-end.

• Shape and execute the business development and external innovation strategy.
• Lead partnerships from identification through due diligence, structuring and negotiation.
• Identify and secure technologies and opportunities to strengthen PolyNovo’s portfolio.
• Develop and manage an external innovation pipeline and expansion opportunities.
• Advise the executive team and board on strategic opportunities, risks and investment needs.
