An opportunity is available for a Vice President to join an established Industrials coverage team in Perth, advising corporate clients on M&A, capital raisings and broader strategic matters across a diverse range of industrial subsectors. The role offers a blend of transaction execution, client coverage and business development, with the successful candidate playing an important part in the team’s ongoing growth.

You will have significant ownership of transaction processes, working closely with senior bankers and clients to drive mandates from inception through to completion. Alongside execution, you will contribute to the development of existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and help strengthen the team’s presence across the sector. The structure offers strong visibility with senior decision-makers and the scope to make a meaningful contribution beyond live transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in investment banking/M&A advisory. Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a demanding deal environment. Prior Industrials experience will be viewed favourably, although candidates from adjacent sectors with strong execution credentials are also encouraged to apply.
