Job summary

Hudson is seeking a commercially driven technology executive to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise applications, architecture and AI capabilities. Reporting to the Group COO, you will partner with executives to align technology investments with business strategy and enable scalable growth across a complex global environment.

You will lead a team of 6 direct reports and oversee Enterprise Applications, SAP/ERP, Architecture, Integration and AI initiatives, driving transformation

Qualifications

• Experience leading Enterprise Applications, SAP/ERP and Architecture functions.
• Strong business process transformation and change leadership capability.
• Experience delivering complex integration and technology modernisation programmes.
• Exposure to AI strategy, AI infrastructure and automation initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executives and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Applications landscape, including SAP, ERP, CRM and other strategic business platforms, while developing internal capability and reducing reliance on external partners.
• Define and lead the Enterprise Architecture strategy, standards and governance framework.
• Drive the technology roadmap, ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead ERP integration and implementation programs arising from acquisitions.
• Identify and deliver AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, innovation and business performance.
• Establish the infrastructure and architectural foundations required to scale AI across the organisation.
• Lead business process transformation initiatives, ensuring technology enables measurable business outcomes.
• Manage strategic technology vendors and implementation partners.

Shape the future of enterprise technology for a growing global technology company.

Reporting to the Group COO, this newly evolved leadership role will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise applications, architecture and AI capabilities. As a key enabler of business growth, you will partner with executive leaders to align technology investments with business strategy, transform business processes and build the foundations for scalable growth.

Leading a team of 6 direct reports, with plans to expand capability, you will oversee Enterprise Applications, SAP/ERP, Architecture, Integration and AI initiatives across a complex and rapidly evolving global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Applications landscape, including SAP, ERP, CRM and other strategic business platforms, while developing internal capability and reducing reliance on external partners.
• Define and lead the Enterprise Architecture strategy, standards and governance framework.

Skills / Experience

You are a commercially minded technology executive with strong experience across SAP/ERP, Enterprise Applications and Architecture. You enjoy operating in fast-paced environments and have a track record of translating strategy into execution while managing significant transformation.

You will bring:

• Experience leading Enterprise Applications, SAP/ERP and Architecture functions.
• Strong business process transformation and change leadership capability.
• Experience delivering complex integration and technology modernisation programmes.
• Exposure to AI strategy, AI infrastructure and automation initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executives and board-level stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will bring either Director-level consulting experience or a proven track record leading Enterprise Applications, SAP, Architecture and Transformation functions within a complex global organisation.
