Job summary

Adairs is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to shape in-store experiences and transform products into beautifully styled displays. You will lead seasonal displays, maintain visual standards, and craft customer journeys that highlight stories and trends.

As a hands-on role, you'll replenish stock, collaborate with the store team, and ensure spaces are both beautiful and commercially effective. A passion for home interiors and current trends is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, ideally within homewares, lifestyle or fashion retail.
• Strong eye for styling, colour and detail.
• Passion for interiors and current trends.
• Proactive, positive and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence working at heights and undertaking physical tasks.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Bringing our seasonal collections and campaigns to life through inspiring displays.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Creating engaging customer journeys that showcase product stories and trends.
• Replenishing and presenting stock to ensure the store always looks its best.
• Collaborating with the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
