Catholic Schools Office - Diocese Of Maitland/Newcastle seeks a System Lead Curriculum & Pedagogy - Secondary (7–12) for a two-year fixed-term role based in Newcastle West. The role leads curriculum and pedagogy across secondary schools, enabling innovative, student-centred practices aligned with Catholic education goals.

You will collaborate with school leaders, supervise curriculum assessment and HSC strategy, and support schools through professional learning and resource curation.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in curriculum policy and pedagogy for all secondary schools (7–12) across the Diocese.
• Lead development and implementation of curriculum initiatives and oversee HSC strategy.
• Facilitate professional learning and curate high‑quality teaching resources.
• Support curriculum compliance and validation while ensuring effective delivery of learning across KLAs.
• Travel to secondary schools across the Diocese to support professional learning initiatives.
