In this remote, Monday–Friday role, you will leverage telehealth and digital systems to connect care teams, assess residents, and drive improvements in care delivery while maintaining strong communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified Nurse Practitioner with strong virtual communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at nursing assessments.
• Able to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and communicate clearly with consumers and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a virtual team of registered nurses across up to 10 aged care homes.
• Provide guidance and support to care teams to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Drive improvements in healthcare delivery and staff confidence in remote settings.
