Qualifications

• Proven experience managing premium or luxury client relationships across luxury sectors.
• Strong existing network within collector, luxury or high net worth communities.
• Demonstrated success in relationship-led sales with revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long term relationships with collectors, VIPs and high value clients.
• Develop a curated portfolio of private clients and grow their lifetime value.
• Drive private sales and meet agreed revenue targets.
• Guide clients from first purchase to high value ownership opportunities.
• Create highly personalised client experiences through tastings, events, and engagements.
