Reporting directly to the owners, you will assume full responsibility for :

• All day-to-day community operations, resident experience and team leadership
• Proactive sales and resale of apartments and villas (inbound + outreach)
• Maintaining 100% occupancy and strong financial performance
• Compliance, maintenance programs, events and budgeting

Ideal Candidate

• Current or recent Village / Retirement Living Manager with a demonstrable history of high occupancy and successful resales
• Highly personable, visible and sales-oriented
• Experienced in small, high-end boutique environments
• Warm, professional and hands-on – you love knowing every resident
