You will work with Site Managers and project teams to ensure compliance with legislation, permits and SRG Global's HSET processes, delivering practical guidance and coaching.

This hands-on role focuses on promoting a strong safety and environmental culture on sites, helping teams embed best practices and live SRG Global's safety standards daily.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline environmental and safety support on projects.
• Knowledge of legislation, permits and client requirements.
• Ability to coach and guide site teams to improve safety culture.
