We're seeking a Vice President, Fab Development to lead the build of SQC’s first dedicated semiconductor fabrication facility, the physical foundation for our silicon-based quantum hardware roadmap. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with direct and frequent engagement with the CEO and Board, this executive-level role offers end-to-end ownership of a multi-year capital build and deep exposure to senior leadership, government, and world-class scientific and technical teams.
You’ll own the program from a greenfield site to a fully commissioned fab, spanning planning, design, regulatory approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover into production. You will operate at program and commercial level, directing specialist technical work through expert hires and partners, and you will hand‑pick and pace the team as the program scales. This is a role for someone who brings structure, commercial discipline, and world‑class delivery to genuinely hard problems, and who is at home with stakeholders at every level, internal and external. If you have a background delivering semiconductor fabs, specialty cleanrooms or major capital programs, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark on a foundational build.
