Booragoon Vet Clinic is a well-established small animal practice nestled in the heart of Perth's Melville region, proudly serving the local community for over a decade. We're a close-knit team with a genuine passion for companion animal medicine – offering a broad scope of services spanning preventative healthcare, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, dental care and holistic pet wellbeing. We also run an on-site cat hotel, adding a unique dimension to our day-to-day operations. We're part of a family of three sister clinics (alongside Bull Creek Vet and O'Connor Vet), which means access to shared knowledge and team support.

The Opportunity:

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis (open to part-time for the right applicant!). In this role, you will play an essential part in providing superior care to our beloved patients and building lasting relationships with our amazing clients. Based predominantly from our Booragoon Vet Clinic, you will occasionally work across three of our vibrant clinics for weekend shifts, and you'll be supporting a passionate team of Vets who care about your growth. If you're an enthusiastic communicator with an eye for detail and a heart for animals, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Certificate IV qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Previous veterinary nursing experience is highly valued (but we’ll also consider passionate newbies!)
  • Available to work 4x days per week (8am-6:30pm) and 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-12pm)
  • A caring, empathetic personality that champions your patients’ well-being
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve yourself and your practice
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the initiative to get things done
  • Availability to work a rotating Saturday shift (only every third weekend)

What’s on Offer:

  • Above award wages on offer, depending on experience
  • A comprehensive induction and ongoing development to help you thrive in our team
  • A proud, “Great Place to Work” certified environment where your contribution truly matters
  • Novated vehicle leasing options
