Your Next Chapter in Veterinary Care Starts Here!
You know what it feels like when a veterinary team is waiting for answers. Diagnostic images have been submitted. Clinical history is essential. A treating veterinarian needs timely, accurate information to make important decisions. Somewhere, a concerned pet owner is waiting for news about a beloved animal.
At Vet's Choice Radiology (VCR), your work helps connect those moments.
We're seeking experienced veterinary nurses and veterinary technicians who excel at clinical coordination, attention to detail, and supporting exceptional patient care. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge in a different way, helping veterinary teams and board-certified veterinary specialists work together through a leading teleradiology service.
Your expertise won't be used at the treatment table. Instead, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, helping ensure veterinary teams receive the information they need to care for their patients.
Veterinary care never stops, and neither do we. VCR provides specialist teleradiology services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As part of our Australian team, your schedule will align with U.S.-based overnight operations while allowing you to work primarily daytime and evening hours locally.

Employees receive an additional shift differential for designated weekend hours.
You won't be interpreting studies or making diagnoses. Instead, you'll be a key part of the workflow that helps veterinary specialists deliver timely, accurate diagnostic support.
Review imaging submissions for completeness, image quality, clinical history, and patient information before radiologist review.
Monitor workflow queues and identify issues that could impact turnaround times.
Communicate directly with veterinary clinics to obtain missing information, clarify requests, and document next steps.
Provide professional, responsive communication that helps veterinary professionals feel informed and supported.
Navigate Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Teams, and specialised radiology information systems to support efficient case management and exceptional service.
Your success begins with structured support.
You'll receive approximately four weeks of fully paid training alongside experienced Team Leads who will guide you through our systems, workflows, quality standards, and communication processes.
This training is designed to help you develop confidence in the role and establish strong connections with your remote team from day one.
If you're known for your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure, you'll thrive in this role.
Experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:
If your experience doesn't perfectly align with every preferred qualification, we still encourage you to apply.
Support veterinary teams and specialists in delivering timely, high-quality patient care.
