Job summary

Moranbah Veterinary Clinic in Central Queensland is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join a friendly, experienced team. The role offers a balanced mix of surgery and consulting with predominantly small animal caseload and opportunities for large animal work for those interested.

You’ll be supported by an integrated nursing team, modern facilities, and a 9-day fortnight with no after-hours, Saturday/Sunday, or public holiday work. A collaborative environment supports ongoing development.

Qualifications

• BVSc (or equivalent) and full eligibility to practise in Australia.
• Competence in small animal consultations and routine surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Collaborative and positive team player.
• Interest in mixed animal work welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across small animals with some large animal work as desired.
• Balance surgery and consulting duties with a skilled support team.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and client communication.
