SeaLink North Queensland in Townsville is seeking a Vessel Master up to 45m for a dual role including Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 (Grade 1 also considered). You will lead and manage daily vessel operations, ensuring safe, high-standard passenger services.

The role requires MED 2 or higher, ability to work under pressure, clear communication, and a customer‑centric approach. Flexible FT, PT or casual arrangements with employee benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Vessel Master up to 45m.
• MED 2 qualification or higher.
• Experience with fast ferry operations.
• Knowledge of safety and maritime obligations.
• Strong customer service record.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety guidelines.
• Active participation in employee training programs.

Responsabilités
