Job summary

Kingston Hotel in Australia is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, service standards, stock, safety and compliance.

You will mentor Duty Managers and supervisors, develop leadership across the team and work with HR to support performance and growth. This is a permanent leadership role with real influence over how the venue runs and grows, including rostering and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality venue
• Strong operational standards including safety and compliance
• Proven ability to mentor and develop leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Kingston Hotel
• Maintain service, presentation, stock control, safety and compliance
• Manage rosters, labour and venue performance
• Mentor and coach Duty Managers and supervisors
• Be a visible, hands-on leader, especially on weekends/evenings
• Build strong local relationships and community connection
