About the role

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team at Latt32 Pty Ltd in Rockingham, Western Australia. Latt32 is known as Rockingham’s premier multi award‑winning steak and seafood restaurant. As the Venue Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our dynamic fine‑dine hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere. This is a full‑time position that will allow you to utilize your exceptional leadership and organisational skills to drive the success of our business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee all aspects of the venue, including service, food standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff; manage rosters, payroll, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, manage cash handling, track sales performance, and implement cost‑saving measures.
  • Manage the bookings calendar for private functions, weddings, or corporate events, ensuring logistics and client requirements are met.
  • Act as the “face” of the venue, greeting guests, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and liquor licensing laws (e.g., RSA).
  • Manage stock levels for food and beverages, liaise with vendors, and coordinate facility maintenance or repairs.
