Job summary

Varsity in Perth is seeking an energetic hospitality leader to coach and mentor teams across venues, with hands-on bar leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll own venue budgets, read variance reports, and drive revenue while managing labour and COGs.

The role includes relocation to Melbourne before our November opening and opportunities to grow with a multi-venue brand. You'll be a brand ambassador, setting the vibe and ensuring guests have unforgettable good

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a bar or entertainment venue.
• RSA certification and Approved Manager status required.
• Confident owning venue P&L, labour costs and COGs; reading variance reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front; coach and mentor your team to deliver next level service.
• Work behind the bar and demonstrate operations alongside your team.
• Own the vibe and cultivate a fun, guest‑focused culture.
• Manage budget, revenue, EBITDA targets, labour, and COGs.
