About Our Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP / ISP) to join our Supply Chain & Customer Fulfilment team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager Retail, you’ll be the key link between Simplot and Woolworths, ensuring accurate product replenishment, creating execution plans to achieve service targets, and driving end-to-end supply chain efficiencies.

Your week will include working from Woolworths’ Head Office in Bella Vista, collaborating with their replenishment team, connecting with Simplot colleagues at our Olympic Park Sydney Office, and enjoying the flexibility of one day working from home. This mix gives you variety, visibility across two major businesses, and the chance to build strong relationships while influencing outcomes that matter.

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be the critical link between Simplot and Woolworths - driving collaboration, ensuring accurate replenishment, and delivering seamless execution across forecasting, planning, and key events.

• Partner closely with Woolworths and Simplot teams to deliver joint objectives, strengthen relationships, and act as the key link between both businesses
• Manage Woolworths’ replenishment systems and processes to maintain high service levels and ensure accurate product availability across stores
• Own data integrity and execution for new product launches and key events, ensuring timelines and details are met without compromise
• Lead collaborative planning cycles - facilitating forecast alignment, resolving issues quickly, and driving proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, systemization, and process efficiency through analytics and stakeholder engagement

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for precision and collaboration, ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment. You'll also bring :

• Experience as a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP / ISP) or in a similar supply chain planning role, ideally in FMCG
• Exposure to sales or customer service environments, with an understanding of commercial processes
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills, comfortable representing Simplot within Woolworths and leading collaborative discussions
• Advanced planning and problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering accurate replenishment and meeting service targets
• Confident communicator who can lead planning meetings and engage cross-functional teams effectively
• Solid Excel skills and data-driven decision-making capability

A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in food and FMCG

• Degree preferred, but relevant experience highly valued
