Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Back Office Vendor Specialist to manage our offshore provider, drive workload and performance, and deliver strong service outcomes across multiple business lines.

You'll collaborate with Samsung Field Teams, Retailers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, address complex issues and identify process improvements, while overseeing cost reporting and invoicing to keep priorities on track.

Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore vendors and service outcomes.
• Strong relationship skills with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationship with offshore provider and drive workload, performance and KPIs.
• Partner with Samsung Field Teams, Retailers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Identify gaps and risks, turning insights into practical recommendations.
• Oversee claims, reporting, cost reconciliation and invoicing while managing priorities.
