Job summary

Eagers Automotive is seeking a motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Australia. This guest-facing, full-time role focuses on guiding customers from first enquiry to vehicle delivery, understanding needs and presenting suitable options with clear advice.

You will work with a supportive team, aim to achieve sales targets, and benefit from ongoing training, an uncapped commission structure, and a company vehicle as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn; full training provided.
• Background in sales, finance, or lending would be beneficial but is not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to educate and guide customers through their purchase.
• Confidence presenting vehicle features, technology, and finance options.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, professional and solutions-focused.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and technology.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-ons.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers.
• Work with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
