Job summary

NSW Health in Sydney is seeking a registrarial medical officer to manage vascular surgical patients under supervision, with a pathway toward independent practice within a busy tertiary setting.

The role offers exposure to arterial/angioplasty skills, research opportunities, and progression toward an accredited vascular program while working in a large teaching hospital network in Darlinghurst.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and medical board registration in Australia.
• Completion of Part I FRACS (Part II desirable).
• Minimum five years postgraduate clinical/surgical experience in vascular or related fields.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and independently under supervision.
• Commitment to the Mission and Values of NSW Health.
