Position Overview.

As a Residential Valuer at JLL, you'll provide accurate, independent property valuations that help clients make informed real estate decisions. You'll leverage our cutting-edge technology platforms and extensive market data to deliver insights that extend beyond traditional valuation approaches.

We've secured significant client relationships and transaction volume that creates exceptional earning potential for ambitious valuers. Our established client base means you'll step into a role with immediate opportunity to maximise your income, covering the Newcastle / Central Coast region.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive residential property valuations
  • Perform detailed site inspections and property assessments
  • Prepare clear, accurate valuation reports that meet industry standards
  • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies based on property type and client needs
  • Maintain compliance with IVS / API / IFRS reporting requirements
  • Build and nurture client relationships as their trusted valuation advisor
  • Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date comparable sales databases
  • Contribute to JLL's collaborative knowledge-sharing environment
  • Utilise our proprietary technology to enhance efficiency and insight
  • Maintain professional accreditation through ongoing education
Qualifications & Skills.
  • RPV or CPV qualification
  • Strong understanding of residential property valuation principles and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn proprietary systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
