The Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development is seeking a Valuer to deliver accurate and defensible land valuations across Queensland's diverse property types.

You will analyse market data, apply legislation, prepare valuation reports, manage your workload, respond to objections, and engage with clients and stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• As a Valuer, you will deliver accurate and defensible land valuations across a diverse property portfolio.
• You will manage your own workload, contribute to valuation programs, and provide professional advice on valuation matters, including resolving objections and queries.
• You will review market evidence, assess property information and prepare valuation reports.
• Field inspections and client engagement may be required.
