Job summary

Bell People Consultants in Melbourne seeks a Validation Associate to support a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer’s validation group. You will plan and execute qualification activities, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Science or Engineering degree with 3–5 years in validation, including cleaning and water sampling validation, and experience with KN EAT/validation software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of validation experience required.
• Experience with cleaning, process and water sampling validation.
• Proficient in MS Office and validation software (e.g., KNEAT).

Responsibilities

• Prepare & execution of validation protocols.
• Execute cleaning validation and/or water sampling validation.
• Participate in QC equipment & manufacturing validation.
• Close out validation protocols & troubleshoot & resolve issues.
• Create documentation & execute validation for complex projects.
• Liaise with QC/QA, Engineers & Validation Teams.

About the Opportunity

Due to ongoing project work, our client is now seeking a Validation Associate with validation and qualification experience to join the team and support projects within the validation group.

Key duties & responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare & execution of validation protocols.
• Executecleaning validation and/or water sampling validation.
• Participate in QC equipment & manufacturing validation.
• Close out validation protocols & troubleshoot & resolve issues.
• Createdocumentation & execute validation for complex projects.
• Effectively liaise with QC/QA, Engineers & Validation Teams.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Science or Engineering.
• Validation experience - minimum 3 years to 5 years.
• Specific cleaning, process, water sampling validation experience.
• MS Office & Validation Software experience - ie. KNEAT
• Able to resolve issues, work independently & be a self starter.
• Sound verbal & written communication skills.
