Job summary

Arup invites students in Australia to join a 12-week paid Summer Vacation Programme during their university break. The programme runs from 23 November 2026 to 12 February 2027 and, on completion, you will automatically be considered for a graduate role with Arup.

You will work within an employee-owned team addressing climate, biodiversity and social challenges, with mentoring, training and opportunities to grow your technical skills in a collaborative hybrid environment.

The Opportunity

Arup’s Summer Vacation Programme is a 12 week-long, paid internship opportunity tailored for students in their penultimate year across Australia during their summer university break. The Summer Vacation Programme will run from 23 November 2026 – 12 February 2027.

• Currently undertaking a relevant degree.
• Students in their penultimate year of study are encouraged to apply; however, we welcome applications from all students currently studying for a relevant degree.
