Job summary

BDO Australia is seeking Vacationers for January 2027 in Canberra, joining the Risk Advisory team. This is a structured, four-week, full‑time paid program designed to give you practical experience and early insight into our client engagements across diverse sectors.

Participants receive buddy and manager support, networking and social activities, and the chance to work with a cohort on an Innovation Challenge, while developing both technical and soft skills.

• Studying a degree in any relevant field
• In penultimate or final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies
• Available to start in January 2027

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Vacation Program, you must be:

• An Australian Citizen
• Studying a degree in any relevant degree.
• In your penultimate or final year of your undergraduate or postgraduate studies
• Available to start in January 2027.
