Job summary

Camp Australia is hiring for vacation care shifts in Canungra, QLD. You will support before/after school care and holiday programs, engaging children in activities, ensuring safety and a compliant environment, and building relationships with families and the school community.

Applicants should be studying or have a childcare-related Diploma, hold a valid Blue Card, safety training, and current First Aid/CPR. Shifts run weekdays with onboarding and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community.
