Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) on a contract basis to contribute to visual and UX/UI evaluation of design interview content. The role is remote, with 10-40 hours per week.

You will assess AI-generated materials, provide actionable feedback on layouts, typography, branding, and collaborate with AI training teams to align with industry standards.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio across disciplines and proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Possess a solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements.
