Job summary

ResMed is seeking a UX designer to shape digital experiences for care teams in a Sydney-based Provider Diagnostics UX team. You’ll translate research and requirements into flows, prototypes, and polished UI, applying usability principles to simplify healthcare workflows and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX partners to deliver scalable solutions.

You’ll contribute to design systems, uphold accessibility standards, and use AI tools responsibly to support ideation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX, product, or interaction design with a portfolio showing thoughtful process and growing autonomy
• Degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, HCI, UI, Graphic or Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise, or healthcare workflows
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale clearly
• Working knowledge of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices
• Practical fluency in tools such as Figma, Claude Design, ChatGPT, GitHub, Copilot, or Visual Studio Code

About the role

As part of Resmed's Provider Diagnostics User Experience team in Sydney, you'll help shape how providers and operational teams move patients from testing to diagnosis to treatment with clarity and confidence. Your work will directly influence how information flows, how care decisions get made, and how people live healthier lives.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX partners to transform diagnostic data and operational challenges into clear, accessible, and thoughtful digital experiences. As a designer in this team, you'll grow toward full ownership of feature-level design work while applying sound UX judgment and a human-centered approach in every step.
