Job summary

Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Utilities Laborer to work under a foreman or superintendent and join a crew of construction professionals. The role focuses on unloading materials, rigging structures, and maintaining a safe, organized site while meeting project goals.

You will learn on the job, participate in on-site training at the HGC Academy, and contribute to a team environment that emphasizes safety, reliability, and timely execution of tasks across various job sites

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to work Monday–Friday 7AM–5:30PM and Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload truckloads of pipe and precast structures.
• Hook and rig pipe and structures for pipe layer.
• Keep job site clean of trash and debris.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, teammates, contractors and clients.
• Attend training at HGC Academy.
