Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service – Toowoomba QLD

You'll move seamlessly between providing hands‑on clinical care, performing surgical procedures, and guiding patients through their treatment journey. Your role will involve collaborating with a skilled team to deliver comprehensive services across inpatient and community settings, while also mentoring junior doctors and contributing to education programs. Expect to engage in meaningful conversations with patients and families, lead improvements in care processes, and participate in quality initiatives that shape the future of urology services. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $381,337 (L18) up to $476,304 (L27) comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
