Mackay Base Hospital in central Queensland is seeking a Urologist – Staff Specialist for a permanent full-time and/or part-time position. FRACS is required, with the opportunity to join a high-performing surgical team delivering top-quality patient care.

This is an incredible opportunity to work as a full time, permanent Urologist Staff Specialist at central Queensland’s major hospital.

The Department of Surgery at the Mackay Base Hospital are looking for Urologist - Staff Specialists to join their team on a Permanent Full-Time and/or Part-Time basis.

Requirements: FRACS

The hospital has recently enjoyed a major $408 Million overhaul and expansion doubling the number of beds to over 300 and increasing the size by 40,000m2 including a new Emergency Department. This is now a state of the art fully modern hospital and one of Australia's largest regional healthcare facilities.

You will work within a team environment, contributing to the provision of high standard clinical services to patients of the Health Service.

Located on the mid Queensland coast, this tropical paradise is a holiday hotspot and only 75 minutes' drive from Airlie Beach and a one-hour flight from Brisbane. It is the seventh largest city in the Sunshine State and has a tropical climate and afternoon sea breeze that allows you to enjoy good weather all-year-round.
