ForHealth Group is seeking a Gladstone Medical Receptionist for our Kedron urgent care practice to join a collaborative team providing high quality customer service to patients. You will manage a busy front desk, greet patients, and support healthcare professionals with administration and data entry.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in front desk or reception is preferred.
• Able to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting and entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments when required.
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
• General administration support and ad hoc duties.
