Job summary

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is partnered with one of Western Sydney's newest Urgent Care Clinics to recruit a clinician for flexible shifts and a potential permanent roster. The clinic, opened in July 2026, sits alongside Nepean Hospital with on-site pathology and imaging access to support urgent presentations.

You'll manage Category 4-5 presentations in a fully supported clinical environment, with nurses and administration backing you up.

Qualifications

• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Enjoy acute care and procedural medicine.
• Confident managing urgent presentations within the GP scope.

Opened in July 2026, this modern Urgent Care Clinic is located alongside Nepean Hospital and provides timely treatment for low-acuity presentations in a fully supported clinical environment.

• $320/hour + GST (Public Holidays)

• Flexible weekday and weekend shifts - shifts 08.00am-15.00pm and 14.00pm-22.00pm

The Clinic

You’ll work alongside an experienced nursing team managing Category 4-5 presentations, with access to:

• On-site pathology
• Priority imaging through Castlereagh Imaging
• Specialist advice pathways
• Nepean Hospital Emergency Department only minutes away for higher acuity presentations

The clinic currently sees approximately 20-30 patients per day, increasing to around 40 on busier days, providing a varied but manageable workload.

• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Enjoy acute care and procedural medicine
• Are confident managing urgent presentations within the GP scope
• Are seeking regular urgent care shifts with the opportunity to build a long-term roster
