Job summary

MSS Security is seeking Full-Time Security Officers for a university campus in Robina, Gold Coast. You will engage with students, staff and visitors, deliver professional service and maintain a safe environment on campus.

Applicants should have strong customer service skills, a presentable appearance and a positive attitude. Flexibility with a no-set roster is available, with 24/7 availability required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude are required.
• Valid QLD Security Licence (Crowd Control preferred) and First Aid/CPR are desirable.
• Current driver's licence is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain a safe campus environment.
• Assist students, staff and visitors with directions and inquiries while delivering excellent service.
• Unlock and secure buildings and provide escorts around campus when required.
• Respond to incidents, complete accurate reports and provide security-related support as needed.

About you:

• Full Australian working rights
• Valid QLD Security Licence (Crowd Control component preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
