Underground Shift Supervisors Wanted

We’re looking for experienced and newly qualified Shift Supervisors to join us on various underground mining projects. With FIFO options from Perth, as well as Residential / DIDO roles in and around Kalgoorlie, we have flexible roster choices to suit you.

The Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing underground mining crews and equipment, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. You'll lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence, conduct toolbox meetings, perform inspections, and provide essential training. Your leadership will be key in driving our safety and performance standards to new heights!
