Job summary

Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) seeks an experienced Emergency Services Officer for major contracts across the Pilbara region. This casual FIFO position from Perth, WA offers competitive pay and multiple rosters (8:6, 2:2, ad hoc) with a supportive, high-performing ERS team.

You will handle emergency preparedness, incident response, medical care and emergency management on client sites, collaborating with stakeholders and leaders to ensure safety and continuity of operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency response within underground mining or related field.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
• FIFO experience desirable and willingness to work roster-based shifts.
• Physically fit and able to meet operational demands.
• Optional: ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cover emergency preparedness, incident response, on-site medical care and emergency management.
• Support client site operations with rapid response to incidents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain readiness through drills and continuous improvement of procedures.
