Job summary

Only Sponsorships seeks an experienced mobile maintenance technician for underground mining operations in Western Australia. You will keep the fleet moving by diagnosing faults, performing servicing and repairs, and supporting safety improvements on underground light vehicles.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, carrying out repairs, working with the Mobile Maintenance Team to ensure activities run smoothly, and addressing safety issues in a demanding mine

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience preferred.
• Automotive trade qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the operation moving by maintaining and repairing a fleet.
• Diagnose faults and deliver quality repairs that maximise fleet reliability.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on underground light vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and complete repairs.
• Work within the Mobile Maintenance Team to ensure all activities.
• Provide involvement in addressing safety issues and undertaking safety.
• Long life, owner-operated underground mine environment.
• Varied work across servicing, diagnostics and breakdown maintenance.
