Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking Experienced Underground Fitters for a long-term development contract at Moranbah North in Queensland. The role offers 7/7 rosters, camp and meals or a $75 per shift Local Living Allowance, FIFO salary sacrifice options, and bus from Mackay.

Full-time, fixed-term employment on a 3 year + 2 year program with a strong safety culture. Applicants should have underground coal experience, development experience, and relevant certificates.

Qualifications

• Underground coal experience is essential.
• Proven experience in development.
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate required.
• DES Certificate and Brake Testing Certificate required.
• Signed training transcripts and/or authorisations.
• Current Health Assessment (willingness to obtain).
• Standard 11 Induction.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated Underground Coal experience is essential, these are not entry-level positions;
• Proven experience in Development;
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate;
• DES Certificate and Brake Testing Certificate;
• Signed copies of training transcripts and/or authorisations;
• Current Health Assessment (willingness to obtain);
• Standard 11 Induction;
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
